Elyse has over 30 years of financial, organizational and management experience. For more than 25 years she specialized in the fields of real estate development, asset management and advisory services in the private and public sectors. She developed complex mixed-use commercial real estate projects in joint venture partnerships with non-profit and for-profit real estate developers and investors with strong local community ties. Elyse started out in public accounting with CohnReznick LLP.

Her work experience and can-do attitude were instrumental when she became the primary caregiver and personal representative for multiple family members simultaneously. In this capacity she addressed all daily activities and coordinated with the estate, legal, tax and investment professionals.  Most recently, Elyse coordinated the move of her 91-year old mother from Delray Beach, Florida to Marlton, NJ. The opportunity to utilize both her work and personal experiences to assist others is what brought her to Everyday Money Management.

Ms. Force has volunteered as a board or committee member on numerous professional and community organizations and is currently a member of the JNF-USA Washington Board and Treasurer of the Purple Rail Alliance and Potomac Posies. 

Elyse is a native Washingtonian. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Smith School of Business with a degree in accounting. She currently resides in Washington DC. She enjoys travel, reading, playing golf and tennis, and is an avid sports fan.
