STACEY RELKIN WINKLER
Daily Money Manager
For the past several years, Stacy was the executive director of Tech Café, a program pairing senior citizens with high school students for one-on-one tech tutoring. She recruited, trained, and supervised the students, and was committed to excellent customer service to both the seniors and the volunteers. She knows how important patience is, and providing simple, easy to follow answers and solutions.
Early in her career, Stacey worked as the research director of the Casey Journalism Center for Children and Families. Journalists called her to find the best experts and latest research for whatever story they were pursuing. She also spent time on the Hill in the House Democratic Caucus leadership office, under the chairmanship of Steny Hoyer.
Stacey is organized and detail-oriented, but also sees the big picture. She has held countless positions volunteering in her children’s school for 20 years, including co-president and running their largest fundraiser for 5 years. She managed a large staff of committee chairs overseeing over 35 events, programs, and services for the faculty, student, and parent community. She works well under pressure and deadlines, enjoys helping people, and always enjoys a new challenge.
Stacey joined Everyday Money Management after providing support to her parents during her mother's final years, she knew how important, difficult, and yet rewarding it is to be there.
